We were appointed to act as Client Architect in a monitoring capacity, ensuring the client’s interests were protected throughout the construction phase. Serving as an independent advisor, we provided expert oversight to monitor the quality, progress, and compliance of the works on site. Our role included regular site visits, reviewing contractor performance, and ensuring the original design intent was maintained. We identified and addressed potential issues early, helping to avoid delays and manage risks effectively. By attending site meetings, reviewing technical submissions, and maintaining clear communication with the client, we added an extra layer of professional assurance — supporting the successful delivery of the project in line with the client’s expectations, budget, and vision.
