Care home operators in the UK have an ever increasing demand as life expentancy rates rise creating a higher percentage in the aging population. There are opportunities which have subsequently arisen from such increases which have allowed Jordan and Bateman to fund leading home operators in the development of new state of the art care homes.

Jordan + Bateman Architects has produced these two designs for a 1200 seat auditorium in the Chinese Valley of Kanas. The aim of both designs is to create a landmark building harmonically inset within the stunning nature of the Kanas National Park.

Jordan + Bateman Architects has unveiled a concept design for a 21000 sq m mixed-use development in central Baghdad.
The mixed-use scheme consists of two sculptural, stratified tower blocks, linked together by a feature atrium. It hosts 11000sqm of office space, 73 executive residential units plus various facilities like conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant, bars and an underground car park.
The design provides an attractive and pleasant environment for both employees and residents, achieving at the same time the highest standard of security.
Secure building for central Baghdad
The high demand for houses in Iraq requires meeting good housing standards. Jordan+Bateman conceived a design system to cut down the building costs on a large scale. This is to provide a high living standard for the population.
