This conversion of an existing victorian brick strcuture to provide flats, included extending the roof and providing balconies to provide outside space. Jordan + Bateman worked closely with planners and the client to deliver a conversion where the new intereventions were distinctly modern, with the existing building refurbished to meet current building regulations and provide contempory style accomodation.
